Owners Jeannette Frieh Graziano and Richard Olsen bring their life-long passion for home design to every project. Their homes have been recognized for well-balanced design, functional flowing interiors and simple beauty.

With a background in design, history, theory and structures, and a personal, holistic approach to each home design, Jeannette and Richard’s designs inspire and excite.

Both are members of the Association of Licensed Architects (ALA). They are also licensed architects in the State of Illinois and both are graduates of the School of Architecture at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Importantly, they live and work in the neighborhoods that they serve, demonstrating their committment to community.
